Integration Coaching

Clients who work with me have two options for their care. You can book all of your sessions directly with me (book here), or you use a new team approach that I call “integration coaching”.

My specialty is using Modular Constructivist techniques to uncover the deep neuro-emotional schema that has kept you from making the change(s) that you want. Then I help you create an individually-tailored practice to resolve this schema.

Once we have fully discovered your schema and created a practice (normally between 1-4 sessions), many people need to process all of the self-discovery and new connections that arise. For these sessions, you need a compassionate and fully-present witness to accompany you while you process. This is the role of an integration coach.

My integration coaches are people that I have personally vetted and trained for this role. They are exceptionally emotionally intelligent and work directly with me to support my clients.

The benefits of using integration coaches are:

  1. They charge just $25 for a 40-min session
  2. They are much more available than I am

Feel free to discuss this option with me in a session or Contact Me here with questions.

People who work with my integration coaches normally book directly with me once they feel ready for another period of discovery and creating new practices.

Hi, I’m Kathleen.

Clients best served:

People newly exploring trauma or actively working through complex trauma. People with addictions or in recovery; mental illness in family of origin or close relationships; coping with loss and grief; navigating new life stages or changes; reshaping dysfunctional communication patterns; those seeking information around safe somatic (body-based) trauma healing.

Bio:

I’ve been fortunate to receive many different forms of support over the years. Processing past trauma is hard but transformative work. Understanding that I was not a ‘bad person getting good, but a wounded person becoming well’ changed everything. Areas of experience include complex PTSD related to family violence; physical and emotional abuse, addiction, suicidal ideation, dysfunctional relationships, depression, loss and grief, a beloved sibling with schizophrenia, and unconscious patterns of retraumatizing myself until I became truly “awake” and learned to accept and reparent my whole self.

For many of us (myself included) cultivating our inner compass to navigate life’s inevitable challenges means we must first unlearn various conditioned beliefs around our personhood. Understanding how external forces have shaped us, for better or worse, enables us to make new choices based on self-awareness, to keep growing and moving forward.

My goal is to listen carefully and compassionately to you, and to focus our conversation in a way that supports you to find your own truth. Regarding BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and persons with disabilities, while I may not have direct experience, I am politically conscious and sensitive to the issues. Thank you for your trust.
